Make a Love New

We live in contentious times.  It's easy for relationships to become frayed, eroded, fractured.  Make a Love New comes from a line in the poem, Homestead, by Justin Carter.  Justin's poem is elegant and deep and concerned with so much more than the times we live in, but when I read the poem that particular line captured my imagination.  What a world we could make if we simply rejected the forces that divide us and consciously, intentionally embarked on a mission of making love new in our personal lives, in our families, in our communities, in our nation.
