Ordinary Time
In August of 2018, my husband had a frightening brush with death. That experience brought into sharp focus the precious nature of our ordinary daily lives - the ephemeral moments hardly noticed as they pass. Using pinhole cameras and experimental lenses, I set out to capture some of them, to freeze them outside time. Here then is the story of David and Wanda told in ordinary time.
8/28/2018 - Wanda stages a pinhole self-portrait, capturing herself “with her head in a book” as my mother used to complain when she wanted me to do my chores.
